Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, what types we use on ADW Zenith (https://www.adwzenith.com) and how you may manage them, in accordance with the LSSI-CE, GDPR, LOPDGDD and guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files or fragments of information stored on the User's device (computer, tablet, mobile phone or other) when visiting a website. Among other things, they allow preferences to be remembered, sessions to be maintained, security to be ensured or, with prior consent where required, site usage to be analysed.

Similar technologies may also be used (for example, browser local storage, pixels or session-related identifiers). For the purposes of this policy, the term "cookies" encompasses such technologies where applicable.

2. Types of cookies by purpose

  • Technical or necessary cookies: essential for the operation of the Website (session, authentication, security, consent preferences). They do not require prior consent under applicable regulations and AEPD guidance.
  • Preference or personalisation cookies: remember User choices (language, settings). Consent may be required depending on their nature.
  • Analytics cookies: allow the number of users to be quantified and Website usage to be measured and statistically analysed. Prior consent is required except in very limited cases.
  • Marketing / advertising cookies: intended to display personalised advertising or measure campaigns. Prior consent is required.

3. First-party and third-party cookies

  • First-party: sent to the device from equipment managed by the Website owner.
  • Third-party: sent from equipment not managed by the owner, but by another entity that processes the data (e.g. infrastructure, authentication or security providers).

4. Cookies used on this Website

Currently, the Website primarily uses technical / security cookies and technologies (authentication session, storage of consent preferences and Cloudflare Turnstile as an anti-bot measure). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and, if configured, Plausible and/or PostHog) are activated only if the User accepts them in the cookie banner. Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Marketing cookies and Google Ads are not currently integrated on the Website.

5. Legal basis

The use of strictly necessary cookies is based on legitimate interest / technical necessity of the service. The use of analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies is based on the User's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6. How to manage and withdraw consent

6.1. Website cookie panel

On the first visit, a banner is displayed with distinct options to Accept all, Reject all (or reject optional cookies) and Configure / customise. You may change your choice by deleting the consent stored in the browser (local key adw-cookie-consent) or by contacting contacto@adwzenith.com to request assistance with resetting the banner.

6.2. Browser settings

The User may allow, block or delete cookies installed on their device through browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may prevent the use of certain features (e.g. login).

7. Further information and contact

For further details on the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy. For cookie-related enquiries: contacto@adwzenith.com.
