The Wild Market case study in Madrid

The Wild Market

Several companies needed to register for market events across different shopping centres. Sign-up was not unified: each request depended on email and manual follow-up. There was no panel where the team could see who had registered, for which event, and in which state. People register from a phone, not a desk, so a long form or a PDF did not work. The job was to order that sign-up without inventing a new process for every shopping centre.

Work started by listening to the client team: which field is required, which event repeats, and what must not live only in an email. From that we drew the registration funnel, one screen per step, without asking for extra information. It was then built with Next.js, React and TypeScript, and PostgreSQL to store the registration. Launch included the deploy and a short training so the client team could run the panel, not us, each time a status changed.

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • PostgreSQL

The result is a product that works on a phone from day one. Registration shows one step at a time, and the panel shows the sign-up without exporting a spreadsheet. The team can change a registration status without opening a ticket for every event. This page does not publish percentages for leads, speed or time saved: those figures are not measured here. What you can check is the process, the pieces delivered, and that The Wild Market is the only published case with this write-up.

This case fits the monthly SaaS web design.

  • Per-event registration funnel
  • Clear admin panel
  • Real mobile-first design

What you can check

The Wild Market is the only public case with this write-up. The projects archive may list more clients, but not every client has a written process, deliverables and result. There is no other approved case to publish here. A similar job is quoted from scope, not from a rate on this page. The service link goes to monthly SaaS web design because the job was a product with a panel, not a standalone landing page.

Before you ask for something similar

Are there more cases at this level of detail?
No. This is the only case published this way. If an archive client only has an external site, the card says so and we do not invent a write-up.
Are the result figures measured?
We do not publish percentages for leads, speed or time saved. They are not measured on this page. The result described is the product delivered: step-by-step sign-up and a panel the team can run.
Can I commission a similar product?
Yes. Tell us the flow that needs ordering. We reply within 24 hours with scope and price. The price is not on this page.
